O presente relatório de estágio surge no âmbito da conclusão do ciclo de estudos do mestrado
em Gestão de Recursos Humanos no Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão da
Universidade de Lisboa. Visto que tive preferência em consolidar e praticar os conhecimentos
assimilados no mestrado decidi optar pelo estágio curricular. Este estágio foi realizado na
empresa de outsourcing em formação e consultoria, RaiseMeUp, mais concretamente na
equipa responsável pela gestãoda formação de um cliente multinacional, o Grupo Serlima
durante dois meses. Assim, este trabalho académico engloba uma revisão de literatura da
temática visada, a descrição da organização e das atividades desenvolvidas, concluindo com
um balanço crítico das aprendizagens adquiridas ao longo desta experiência profissional.
This report comes as part of the conclusion of the study cycle of the master’s in Human Resources Management at the ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management. Since I had a preference in consolidating and practicing the knowledge assimilated in the master’s degree, I decided to opt for the curricular intership. The internship was carried out at the training and consultancy outsourcing company, RaiseMeUp, specifically in the team responsible for managing the training of a multinational client, the Grupo Serlima, for the two months. This academic paper includes aliterature review of the subject in question, a description of the organization and the activities developed, concluding with a critical assessment of the learning acquired during this professional experience.
