O presente relatório de estágio, elaborado no âmbito do segundo ano do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, na Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, descreve o percurso pedagógico e formativo durante o estágio realizado na Escola Básica e Secundária Aquilino Ribeiro, no ano letivo 2023/2024. Este relatório tem como objetivo descrever e analisar criticamente as experiências e aprendizagens realizadas ao longo do estágio, que representou uma oportunidade para aplicar os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos durante a minha formação. O estágio incluiu diversas áreas de intervenção, como o planeamento, condução e avaliação do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, o envolvimento em atividades extracurriculares, e a coadjuvação na direção de turma. A reflexão crítica desempenhou um papel central na melhoria da prática pedagógica ao longo do estágio, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da identidade profissional e a melhoria contínua das competências como futuro professor de Educação Física. A colaboração com colegas, orientadores e a comunidade escolar foi igualmente fundamental para o sucesso deste percurso formativo. Este estágio representou uma etapa decisiva no desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, proporcionando uma compreensão clara dos múltiplos papéis de um professor no contexto educativo e reforçando o compromisso com a melhoria da aprendizagem dos alunos.
This internship report, developed during the second year of the Master’s Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Human Motricity, outlines the pedagogical and formative journey during the internship carried out at Escola Básica e Secundária Aquilino Ribeiro in 2023/2024 academic year. The purpose of this document is to describe and critically reflect on the experiences and learning acquired throughout the internship, which provided a valuable opportunity to apply the knowledge gained during my education. The internship involved various areas of intervention, including planning, conducting and evaluating the teaching-leaning process, participation in extracurricular activities, assisting with class direction. Critical reflection played a key role in improving my pedagogical practice during the internship, contributing to the development of my professional identity and the continuous refinement of my skills as a future Physical Education teacher. Collaboration with colleagues, mentors, and the school community was also fundamental to the success of this formative journey. This internship represented a crucial step in my personal and professional growth, offering a deeper understanding of the diverse roles a teacher plays within the educational context, while reinforcing my commitment to improving student learning.
