This thesis aims to contribute to the analysis of issues related to Tourism, Museology and Cultural Tourism, current and relevant issues. From the initiative of the Museum of TAP to embrace this project, and the Faculty of Fine Arts to accept and cooperate stage performed at the Documentation Archive and Museum of TAP, which aimed to analysis of daily activities museum and interaction between Museum and Tourism, has highlighted a immense deficiency in museum, which focuses on dissemination and knowledge for much of the company's employees, and the general public. Therefore, we propose a nationwide project - which includes four activities independent of each other, which suggests that part of the event celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Museum of TAP, and has as main objective the dissemination of the museum and its important heritage, among the company's employees and the Portuguese community
