O presente relatório final é referente ao estágio pedagógico realizado na Escola Secundária da Amadora, integrado no Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário. Este estágio teve como objetivo principal proporcionar uma experiência prática em contexto real de ensino, consolidando os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos ao longo da formação académica e promovendo o desenvolvimento de competências fundamentais para a prática docente. O relatório está estruturado de forma a abordar as várias dimensões do estágio, incluindo o planeamento e a lecionação de aulas, a avaliação das aprendizagens dos alunos, a participação em atividades de Desporto Escolar e a organização de eventos extracurriculares. Adicionalmente, é dedicada uma parte ao acompanhamento da direção de turma, que se revelou uma experiência central na compreensão do papel do professor enquanto mediador entre a escola, os alunos e as famílias. O trabalho desenvolvido no Desporto Escolar e a organização de eventos, como o Sarau de Ginástica e Dança, destacaram-se pela sua importância na promoção de estilos de vida saudáveis e na criação de um ambiente de inclusão e colaboração dentro da comunidade escolar. Por outro lado, a direção de turma permitiu vivenciar a complexidade da função docente, nomeadamente na gestão de situações de desmotivação e na orientação académica de alunos, reforçando a necessidade de uma abordagem pedagógica centrada no aluno. O relatório inclui ainda uma análise reflexiva sobre as aprendizagens realizadas e os desafios enfrentados, destacando a relevância de uma prática pedagógica rigorosa e adaptável às necessidades dos alunos. Conclui-se que o estágio pedagógico foi uma experiência determinante para a consolidação de competências técnicas, pedagógicas e humanas, preparando-me para assumir as responsabilidades e desafios inerentes à profissão docente e contribuindo para o meu desenvolvimento enquanto profissional de Educação Física.
This final report pertains to the teaching practicum undertaken at Escola Secundária da Amadora, as part of the Master’s in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education. The primary objective of this practicum was to provide a g experience in a real educational setting, consolidating the theoretical knowledge acquired during academic training and fostering the development of essential teaching skills. The report is structured to address the various dimensions of the practicum, including lesson planning and delivery, student learning assessment, participation in School Sports activities, and the organization of extracurricular events. Additionally, a dedicated section focuses on the role of class direction, which proved central to understanding the teacher's role as a mediator between the school, students, and families. The work carried out in School Sports and the organization of events, such as the Gymnastics and Dance Gala, stood out for their importance in promoting healthy lifestyles and fostering a spirit of inclusion and collaboration within the school community. Moreover, the class direction experience allowed me to engage with the complexities of the teaching profession, particularly in managing student demotivation and providing academic guidance, thus emphasizing the need for a student-centered pedagogical approach. This report also includes a reflective analysis of the skills acquired and challenges faced, highlighting the relevance of a rigorous and adaptable pedagogical practice that meets students' needs. It concludes that the teaching practicum was a decisive experience for consolidating technical, pedagogical, and interpersonal skills, preparing me to take on the responsibilities and challenges of the teaching profession and contributing to my development as a Physical Education professional.
