Com o principal objetivo de refletir sobre a experiência formativa do estágio pedagógico realizado na Escola Básica e Secundária da Cidadela, este relatório irá debruçar-se sobre as quatro áreas de formação do mesmo: Organização e Gestão do Ensino e da Aprendizagem (Área 1), Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica (Área 2), Participação na Escola (Área 3) e Relação com a Comunidade (Área 4). Numa perspetiva de formação contínua, irei explorar diferentes aspetos relacionados com estas áreas relativos ao ano letivo de 2023/2024. Tendo por base as minhas experiências, conquistas e dificuldades, estes capítulos exploram o meu primeiro contacto com o papel do professor na escola e na comunidade escolar. Deste modo, o documento está organizado em capítulos que representam as tarefas e as funções que são esperadas de um professor a operar dentro do sistema de educação português. Ao longo do relatório, vou procurar compreender as competências esperadas do profissional e a relação existente entre este, as suas funções e a comunidade que o envolve.
Being my main goal to reflect on what my formative experience was within my pedagogical internship conducted at a Basic and Secondary school (Escola Básica e Secundária da Cidadela), this report will refer to the four formation areas of the internship: Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning (Area 1), Pedagogical Research and Innovation (Area 2), School Participation (Area 3), and Community Relations (Area 4). Always within the frame of continuous learning, this text reports on the school year of 2023/2024 and it will explore different aspects of those areas. Reporting back to my experiences, hard times and achievements, the following chapters explore my first contact with the teaching role and its tasks. Being so, this paper is organized into chapters that represent such tasks and where I’ll try to understand what’s expected of these professionals and the relationships they form with the school and the surrounding community.
