As constantes inovações que ocorrem diariamente no ambiente organizacional requerem
respostas rápidas e exigentes que determinam a forma como as empresas se posicionam no
mercado de trabalho. Atualmente, a formação e o desenvolvimento são a ferramenta que as
organizações necessitam para investir e reter os seus colaboradores.
O presente Trabalho Final de Mestrado, sob a forma de Relatório de Estágio, tem o
propósito de descrever as atividades formativas desenvolvidas na Inetum, tendo por base as
diferentes fases do ciclo formativo: diagnóstico de necessidades, preparação, realização e
avaliação da formação. Este relatório decorre da realização de um estágio curricular no
departamento de Recursos Humanos da Inetum, com a duração de seis meses.
Neste trabalho procedeu-se à revisão de literatura acerca do processo de formação e
desenvolvimento, à caracterização da organização, à descrição das atividades desenvolvidas
durante o estágio curricular, assim como à análise crítica do mesmo. Por último, integram-se
algumas sugestões de melhoria do ciclo formativo.
The continuous innovations that occur daily in the organizational environment require fast and demanding answers that determine the way companies position themselves in the labor market. Currently, training and development are the tools that organizations need to invest and retain their employees. The main goal of this Master's Final Work, in the form of an Internship Report, is to describe the training activities developed at Inetum, based on the different phases of the training cycle: diagnosis of needs, design, implementation and evaluation of training. The contact established between the company and the student was due to the completion of a six-month curricular internship in the Human Resources department. This paper reviewed the literature on the training and development process, characterized the organization, described the activities developed during the curricular internship, and critically analyzed it. Finally, and the inclusion of some suggestions for improvement of the training cycle.
