This internship report, carried out as part of the Master's Degree in Psychomotor Rehabilitation, aims to present the work carried out at the Centre for Medicine and Rehabilitation of the Central Region - Rovisco Pais (Tocha). The psychomotor intervention involved adults with acquired brain injuries, namely stroke and traumatic brain injury. Individuals with these injuries, motivated by the possible damage to their functioning, often have a breakdown in their lives. Because of its unifying nature, psychomotricity emerges in this rehabilitative context of global investment in care, proposing to reinvest in the body, regain identity and regenerate harmony. Covering the motor, cognitive, socio-emotional and body domains, the sessions, which were mostly individual, involved 22 cases. Of these, one was chosen for further study, with a description of the therapeutic plan, including strategies, activities and assessment results, which appear to demonstrate the positive impact of psychomotor therapy, suggesting its potential. In addition to the practical description of the intervention, the report presents a literature review, the institutional framework, the internship's operating dynamics, the complementary activities carried out and the innovation project. Recognising the achievement of the previously defined objectives, the work culminates with a conclusion and critical reflection, sharing learnings, limitations and future recommendations
