O presente relatório de estágio afigura-se como uma apreciação final dos meus primeiros passos como professora de educação física. O estágio pedagógico realizado em regime de supervisão pedagógica, na escola básica e secundária Rainha D. Leonor de Lencastre, representou a minha integração como professora estagiária no processo de formação inicial desta atividade profissional. Ao longo do documento, relato a experiência vivida na escola, mostrando aquilo que foi a minha ação nas diferentes áreas de intervenção escolar de um professor, como a organização e gestão do ensino-aprendizagem, englobando o planeamento, condução e avaliação das aulas, mas também na inovação e investigação pedagógica, na participação na escola e na relação com a comunidade. Deste modo, focando os aspetos mais marcantes do ano e refletindo sobre o seu impacto na construção da minha identidade pessoal e profissional, pretendo partilhar o trabalho desenvolvido, as competências adquiridas e as dificuldades ultrapassadas, nesta grande experiência que foi o estágio.
This internship report appears as a final appreciation of my first steps as a physical education teacher. The pedagogical internship carried out under pedagogical supervision, at the Rainha D. Leonor de Lencastre elementary and secondary school, represented my integration as a pre-server teacher in the initial training process of this professional activity. Throughout the document, I report my experience at school, showing what my action was in the different areas of a teacher's school intervention, such as the organization and management of teaching and learning, encompassing the planning, conduct and evaluation of classes, but also in pedagogical innovation and research, in school participation and in the relationship with the community. In this way, focusing on the most outstanding aspects of the year and reflecting on their impact on the construction of my personal and professional identity, I intend to share the work developed, the skills acquired and the difficulties overcome, in this great experience that was the internship.
