O presente relatório de estágio afigura-se como um documento que descreve de forma reflexiva, crítica e suportada a minha experiência enquanto professora estagiária da disciplina de Educação Física, durante o ano letivo 2021/2022, na Escola Secundária da Amadora. O estágio pedagógico realizado em regime de supervisão pedagógica representa o culminar do processo formativo desenvolvendo-se numa ótica de desenvolvimento e consolidação dos conhecimentos obtidos durante o processo formativo e a integração dos mesmos no contexto da realidade profissional, a escola. O professor de Educação Física intervém em vários contextos, não se confinando apenas ao contexto de sala de aula e lecionação das matérias do currículo. Paralelamente ao período letivo, estão afetas ao professor uma pluralidade de tarefas, nomeadamente a interação na comunidade escolar, a direção de turma, o desporto escolar e a proatividade e cooperação no grupo de Educação Física da escola. Este documento pretende fazer uma descrição de toda a minha experiência vivida na escola, nomeadamente ao nível das diferentes áreas de intervenção escolar de um professor. A gestão do processo ensino-aprendizagem no que diz respeito ao planeamento, condução e avaliação das aulas, o projeto de inovação e investigação pedagógica, a participação na escola e a relação com a comunidade foram as áreas desenvolvidas ao longo de todo o ano letivo. O trabalho que foi desenvolvido e as competências que foram adquiridas alicerçaram a construção da minha identidade profissional enquanto professora de Educação Física.
This report describes in a reflexive, critical and supported way, my experience as Physical Education Teacher, developed at Escola Secundária da Amadora, in Lisbon, at the academic year 2021/2022. The pedagogical internship was carried out under pedagogical supervision and it represents the culmination of training process, devoloping from a perspective of development and consolidation of knowledge obtained during the training process and their integration in the context of professional reality, the school. The Physical Education Teacher intervenes in several contexts, much more than the classrrom context and teatching curriculum subjects. Beyond school year, teachers accumulate many functions within the school, playing an active role within the school community, class direction, school sport, and the proactivity and cooperation in the physical education group at school. This report describes all my experience at school about different intervention areas as a teacher. The management of the teaching-learning process with regard to planning, conducting and evaluating classes, the innovation project and pedagogical research, participation in school and the relationship with the community were the areas developed throughout the entire school year. The work that was developed and the skills that were acquired founded the construction of my professional identity as a Physical Education Teacher.
