O presente relatório relata todas as atividades realizadas ao longo da época desportiva 2023/2024 dos Juvenis A do Club Internacional de Foot-Ball que competiram na II Divisão Nacional de Juvenis. O Estágio permitiu a aplicação e operacionalização da maioria dos conceitos que foram lecionados ao longo dos dois anos de Mestrado. A Revisão de Literatura abrange temas como a construção de modelos de jogo e treino, assim como a construção de um exercício de treino. As análises de jogo e de treino são também temas aprofundados ao longo da Revisão. A Área 1 consiste na organização e gestão dos processos de treino e competição, descreve o processo de planeamento, assim como o modelo de jogo e abrange matérias como a observação e análise de jogo ou o desenvolvimento das qualidades físicas dos atletas. A Área 2 descreve os dois projetos realizados ao longo da época de estágio. Um projeto de desenvolvimento do departamento de futebol, em que foram criadas as Olimpíadas CIF, com o propósito de aumentar a assiduidade aos treinos no período de transição após o final dos campeonatos. O segundo projeto foi de relação com a comunidade envolvente do clube, onde a intenção passou por consciencializar os encarregados de educação com a arbitragem, permitindo que tivessem uma formação sobre os conceitos fundamentais da arbitragem e, posteriormente, pusessem em prática tudo o que tinham aprendido num jogo entre treinadores e encarregados de educação.
This report describes all the activities carried out during the 2023/2024 season of the Under-17 team of Club Internacional de Foot-Ball who competed in the II National Division. The internship allowed the application and operationalization of most of the concepts that were taught throughout the two years of my master’s degree. The Literature Review covers topics such as the construction of game and training models, as well as the construction of a training exercise. Game and training analysis are also topics that are also covered in depth throughout the Review. Area 1 consists of the organization and management of training and competition processes. Planning process, as well as the game model, covers subjects such as observation and analysis or the development of players' physical qualities. Area 2 describes the two projects carried out during the internship season. A development project of the soccer department, in which the CIF Olympics were created, with the aim of increasing attendance at training in the transition period after the end of the championships. The second project focused on relations with the community around the club, where the aim was to mae parents aware of with refereeing, allowing them to be trained in the fundamental concepts of refereeing and then put everything they had learned into a game between coaches and parents.
