Abstract(s)
O presente estágio teve como principal objetivo apoiar o fluxo diário de
atividades, auxiliar na organização de ações de formação, garantindo também o registo
dos percursos formativos durante a transição para o novo sistema de gestão de
aprendizagem SAP successfactors Learning (LMS), de forma a haver mais tempo
disponível para inovar nos métodos formativos.
Este relatório visou explorar qual o impacto e que mudanças ocorreram na
implementação desse sistema de aprendizagem numa empresa do ramo do retalho, neste
caso a - FNAC Portugal -, num ambiente organizacional, onde a área não estava
simplificada, nem automatizada. Foi também analisada a fusão da FNAC e MediaMarkt
e explicadas as atividades relacionadas com esse mesmo projeto.
Foi também possível explorar algumas lacunas entre a literatura e as práticas
organizacionais desempenhadas, o que resultou em algumas sugestões de melhoria
ajustadas à realidade da empresa, foi também notório o impacto positivo destas
alterações, a fusão e a implementação da plataforma de aprendizagem, na organização.
Embora ainda fossem necessárias algumas melhorias, sugeridas no fim do presente
relatório de estágio.
A inovação exige tempo, processo que pode ser facilitado com recurso a
softwares e plataformas que automatize e simplifique todo o ciclo formativo, dando
espaço para o surgimento da criatividade.
The primary objective of this internship was to support the daily flow of activities, assist in organizing training actions, and ensure the recording of training pathways during the transition to the new SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) platform, in order to free up more time for innovating training methods. This paper aimed to explore the impact and changes that occurred with the implementation of this learning platform in a retail company specifically - FNAC Portugal - in an organizational environment where the area was neither simplified nor automated. The merger between FNAC and MediaMarkt was also analyzed, and the activities related to this project were explained. It was also possible to explore some gaps between the literature and the organizational practices performed, resulting in several improvement suggestions tailored to the company's reality. The positive impact of these changes, the merger, and the implementation of the learning platform on the organization was also evident. Although some improvements were still necessary, as suggested at the end of this paper. Innovation requires time, a process that can be facilitated through the use of software and platforms that automate and simplify the entire training cycle, allowing space for creativity to emerge.
