O presente relatório de estágio, situado no 2º ano do Ciclo de Estudos ao Grau
de Mestre em Ciências da Educação, com especialização em Educação Intercultural,
centrando-se no âmbito da Educação Artística e mobilizando os conceitos de arte e
educação. O estágio, realizado no Serviço Educativo da Culturgest, teve a duração de
nove meses e possibilitou um conhecimento alargado das actividades que guiam o
trabalho deste serviço educativo, sendo o seu principal objectivo conferir experiência
nas áreas centrais de produção, de contacto com o público e de avaliação das
actividades. A escolha deste local de estágio está fortemente ligada à relevância em
promover a educação artística, bem como em recuperar a função da arte enquanto meio
de expressão pessoal e de desenvolvimento da identidade criativa da pessoa.
Dentro deste estágio, destaca-se a realização do projecto “Transmissão
Interrompida – Práticas de Motivação e Avaliação com Mediadores Culturais”, cuja
concepção foi realizada por seis membros da equipa do Serviço Educativo, pensando na
actividade do mediador cultural e nos dilemas associados ao seu quotidiano. Com este
projecto pretende-se traçar um panorama nacional no que respeita à gestão e
coordenação de equipas criativas no que toca às suas estratégias de motivação e
avaliação do desempenho, enquanto mediadores culturais.
This internship report, located on the 2nd year of the cycle of studies leading to the Master’s Degree on Science of Education with a specialization in Intercultural Education, focusing on the scope of arts education and mobilizing the concepts of art and education. The training, held at the Educational Service of Culturgest, lasted nine months and allowed a broad knowledge of the activities that guide the work of educational services, and its main purpose of giving experience in major areas such as production, contact with the public and evaluation of activities. The choice of this place to the internship is strongly linked to the relevance in promoting arts education, as well as to recover the function of art as a means of personal expression and creative development of the identity of the person. Within this stage, there is the project "Interrupted Transmission - Motivation and Evaluation Practices with Cultural Mediators", whose design was carried out by six members of the Educational Services team, thinking about the cultural activity of the mediator and the dilemmas associated with its everyday lives. This project aims to draw a national picture with regard to management and coordination of creative teams in terms of their motivational strategies and performance evaluation, as cultural mediators.
