Abstract(s)
It's been a long time that investing in technologies without understanding the (re)organization of work and consequent (re)qualification of people has ceased to be "the best way" to confront the market. The real truth, "the ideal model" does not exist. The scenario to the internal reality of the same enterprise. In spite of the diversity or organizational strategies, there are arrangements and specific methods of organizing the work that is seen turning predominant in post-taylorist/fordist reality of the business world: besides taylorist, whose strong legacy continues to mark presence in the existing context, we point-out the neo-taylorist, the lean production and the anthropocentric models. Having made the evaluation of this scenario in which new forms os organizing the work are being developed, we look for, in this empirical study, to identify the actions that on this subject is being implemented by one of the banks with the best position in the national financial market. In view of the organization of work, the initiatives undertaken by the bak studied, shows the existence of a hybrid model of organizing work, that lies between the neo-taylorism and the lean production. In this context, the functions and work places that most directly contribute towards the business (Account Managers and Branches), are guided by key principles of lean production.
