It has been observed that young people are increasingly more rigorous in their choice of University, due to several factors, two of them being the prestige of the University and the employability rate after graduation. In order to be more competitive, Universities have created Career Services to prepare students for the job market. The need for this research focuses on the perception of how Career Services benefit students in their accessibility to the professional market and their results, focusing on ISEG's Career Services. For this research, it was decided to conduct a case study, using the triangulation method, in order to understand the perspective ofstudents, companies and Career Services on this matter. The objective of triangulation was to understand the perception of these groups in questions such as "What leads a student to use the services provided by Career Services of a University?", "The importance of satisfaction: What is the level of satisfaction with the services and care of Career Services?", "What do Career Services' employees think about their role at the University, and how satisfied are they with their day-to-day activities?" and "Career Services in the Future: What are the expectations of the groups involved?". To obtain results, preference was given to research based on a qualitative and quantitative methodology, through interviews and questionnaires. It can be concluded that Career Services has a positive impact in facilitating access to the labor market, preparing students for the professional market. Through their relationship with companies and frequent meetings, they are able to transmit current trends in the professional market to students, through various activities such as workshops, professional events and career platforms. These types of activities have allowed some students to get their first internships, enhance their soft skills, better prepare themselves for interviews and obtain employment.
