Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho procura desenvolver a seguinte temática “Desenvolvimento
de um Projeto de Investimento: Hotel Boutique de Bem-estar”, este emerge no âmbito
de um estágio realizado na empresa Vanguard Sphere.
Começa-se por expor o enquadramento teórico de base ao desenvolvimento de
uma análise de viabilidade económica e financeira de um projeto de investimento. De
seguida é elaborado um estudo ao modelo de negócio do projeto, de forma a
determinar os pressupostos base, que por usa vez, estabelecem os mapas financeiros
fundamentais à análise.
Posteriormente é realizada a própria análise e devida avaliação, por meio de
diferentes métodos de avaliação, por fim, conclui-se que o projeto em estudo é viável
economicamente e financeiramente em ambas as óticas do projeto e do investidor.
