Hoje em dia, a competição no mundo do futebol está se tornando cada vez mais feroz, os clubes esportivos ainda estão controlando a posição dos reis no mundo e novas equipes emergentes estão participando dessa competição. Nesse mundo competitivo do futebol, o Benfica é um clube esportivo distinto, que já teve muitos bons resultados antes e às vezes conseguiu cultivar com sucesso jogadores de classe mundial. Qual é o segredo do sucesso do clube Benfica? Isso poderia ser um ponto de pesquisa atualizado. Esta pesquisa se concentra no modelo de identificação de talentos do clube Benfica, usando a teoria de pesquisa multidimensional e o método de pesquisa por questionário. Foram estabelecidas seis dimensões, respectivamente: Aptidão Física, Habilidade Técnica, Capacidade Cognitiva, Habilidade Social, Qualidade Psicológica e Aplicação de Tecnologia. Foi realizada uma pesquisa on-line com profissionais do esporte, coletando sua percepções sobre a identificação de talentos no futebol do Benfica e identificando as dimensões fortes e fracas por meio da análise de dados. A Aplicação de Tecnologia emergiu como a dimensão mais forte, enquanto a Habilidade Social apareceu como a mais fraca. As outras quatro dimensões mostraram tanto forças quanto fraqueza
Nowadays, the competition in football world is becoming more and more fierce, sport clubs are still controlling the kings’ position in the world, and emerging new teams are taking part into this competition. In this competitive football world, Benfica is a distinctive sport club, which has had a lot of good grades before, and sometimes could successfully cultivate world-class players. What is the secret to success of Benfica club? This could be a up-to-date research highlight. This research focuses on the talent identification model of Benfica club, using multidimensional research theory and questionnaire survey method. It sets up 6 dimensions, respectively Physical Fitness, Technical Skill, Cognitive Ability, Social Ability, Psychological Quality and Technology Application. An online survey was employed to sports professionals, collecting their perceptions of Benfica’s football talent identification and identifying the strong and weak dimensions through data analysis. Technology Application emerged as the strongest dimension, while Social Ability appeared as the weakest. The remaining four dimensions may display both strengths
