Este relatório final de estágio cumpre com um requisito essencial do Estágio Profissionalizante do Mestrado em Exercício e Saúde da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, realizado no Sport Lisboa e Benfica, focalizado nas modalidades de pavilhão (futsal, voleibol e hóquei em patins) e integrado no Human Performance Department, que retrata o percurso enquanto fisiologista do exercício durante a época desportiva 2023/2024. O seu conteúdo consiste principalmente numa descrição detalhada e numa reflexão cuidadosa sobre as diversas fases do estágio. Inicialmente, apresentamos a instituição de estágio que me acolheu e suportou durante a toda prática profissional, descrevendo as instalações e os polos disponíveis no clube. Em seguida, fornecemos um resumo conciso da história do clube, desde a sua fundação até à atualidade. Em seguida, retratamos a caracterização das equipas acompanhadas durante o estágio e as atividades desenvolvidas em conjunto. Para proporcionar um contexto prático ao trabalho realizado neste estágio, realizou- se uma revisão da literatura sobre os conceitos fundamentais desta temática: Força, Periodização de Treino, Monitorização de Treino e Exigências Físicas e Fisiológicas das equipas de Futsal e Voleibol Masculino. Com a finalidade de compreender as metodologias e estratégias necessárias para otimizar o desempenho dos atletas. Dentro deste enquadramento, é apresentada uma seção específica sobre a Organização e Gestão do Processo de Treino e Competição, focado especialmente no trabalho desenvolvido nas modalidades de futsal e voleibol. Nesta seção, são ainda abordados temas como a gestão dos microciclos, estratégias de recuperação para diferentes condições, treino de força e avaliação da performance dos atletas. Concluindo com uma divulgação realizada pelos estagiários, e apresentada as equipas de formação de futsal, com o tema Prevenção de Lesões. Palavras
This final internship report fulfills an essential requirement of the Pedagogical Internship of the Master's Degree in Exercise and Health at the Faculty of Human Kinetics, carried out at Sport Lisboa e Benfica, focused on pavilion modalities and integrated into the Human Performance Department, which portrays the journey as exercise physiologist during the 2023/2024 sports season. Its content mainly consists of a detailed description and careful reflection on the different phases of the internship. Initially, we present the internship institution that welcomed and supported me throughout my professional practice, describing the facilities and centers available at the club. We then provide a concise summary of the club's history, from its founding to the present. And then, we portray the characterization of the teams monitored during the internship and the activities developed together. To provide a practical context for the work carried out in this internship, a literature review was carried out on the fundamental concepts of this topic: Strength, Training Periodization, Training Monitoring and Physical and Physiological Demands of the Men's Futsal and Volleyball teams. The purpose is to understand the methodologies and strategies necessary to optimize athletes' performance. Within this framework, a specific section is presented on the Organization and Management of the Training and Competition Process, focusing especially on the work carried out in futsal and volleyball. In this section, topics such as microcycle management, recovery strategies for different conditions, strength training and assessment of athletes' performance are covered. Concluding with a presentation conducted by the interns and delivered to the futsal training teams on the topic of Injury Prevention
