We can conclude that exist some differences between human resources experts and the older workers views. In common they describe senior as synonymous of experience and not only as a worker with some age. In human resources experts perspective the senior workers are an added value to the company and see a lot more advantages than own workers sees. Older workers feel frustrated with the current state of the country, the work market and with the opportunities that (don't) come or appear.
