No âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, este relatório de estágio visa apresentar as experiências por mim vividas durante o estágio no Departamento de Recursos Humanos na loja IKEA, as participações nas tarefas ligadas à área de Recrutamento e de Selecção e sua a interligação e importância no modo de funcionamento da loja IKEA Loures.
Com esse intuito analisar-se-ão as características do sistema de Recrutamento e de Selecção e os objectivos que se propõe atingir, utilizando e recorrendo, para esse efeito, a conceitos de vários autores que se têm debruçado sobre o tema e a problemática do Recrutamento e Selecção.
Complementarmente serão descritas as funções por mim desempenhadas no decurso do estágio.
No final do relatório serão apresentadas as considerações finais onde será feita uma reflexão sobre a importância do sistema de Recrutamento e de Selecção para a loja IKEA Loures, sobre o estágio em si mesmo, análise crítica ao relatório e indicação de vias alternativas e complementares para futuros estudos sobre Recrutamento e Selecção.
Para a prosecução deste enquadramento este relatório está dividido em vários capítulos tais como: Apresentação da Empresa; Enquadramento Teórico; Enquadramento Prático; Considerações Finais.
Within the scope of the Human Resources Management Master's Degree, this internship's report aims to present the experiences I had during my internship in the Human Resources Department at the IKEA store, the participation and envolvement I had on the tasks regarding Recruitment and Selection and its interconnection and importance on the IKEA Loures' operating mode. With that intent, the characteristics of the Recruitment and Selection system and the goals it proposes to achieve will be analyzed. For that effect, concepts of various authors, who had studied the theme and the issues regarding Recruitment and Selection, will be used and called upon. As a complement to this report, there will also be included a description about the tasks I undertook during my internship. At the end of this report, final considerations will be presented regarding a reflection about the importance of the Recruitment and Selection system for the IKEA Loures? store, the internship itself, a critical analysis to the report and leads for alternative and complementary pathways for future studies about Recruitment and Selection. For the purpose of this framework, this report is divided in several chapters as following: A Presentation of the Enterprise; Theoretical Framework; Practical Framework; Final Considerations.
