Este relatório procura explicar o processo de formação desenvolvido no estágio pedagógico, relatando a minha abordagem reflexiva e critica às atividades desenvolvidas enquanto professor estagiário de educação física na escola básica e secundária Rainha Dona Leonor de Lencastre, no ano letivo 2021/2022. O presente documento encontra-se dividido em seis capítulos. O primeiro é referente à minha formação inicial e à importância da disciplina de educação física. O segundo refere-se à dimensão organizacional. Os capítulos três, cinco e seis referem-se às dimensões didática e pedagógica, nomeadamente à organização do processo de ensino aprendizagem, participação na comunidade escolar e acompanhamento da direção de turma. Por fim, mas não menos importante, o capítulo quatro refere-se à dimensão científica. O estágio pedagógico foi um momento fundamental na minha formação, pois permitiu aprofundar o meu conhecimento acerca da lecionação, assim como todas a suas particularidades. Permitiu também a minha integração num grupo de trabalho organizado e com experiência profissional, onde adquiri diversas aprendizagens e desenvolvi competências pessoais e profissionais. O estágio pedagógico foi, para mim, um momento em que estive constantemente à prova e onde tive de superar inúmeros desafios. Foram estes desafios que me fizeram crescer mais enquanto professor .
This report seeks to explain the process of training developed in the pedagogical internship, reporting my reflective and critical approach to the activities developed as a trainee teacher of physical education in the basic and secondary school Rainha Dona Leonor de Lencastre, in the school year 2021/2022. This document is divided into six chapters. The first one refers to my initial training and the importance of the subject of physical education. The second chapter refers to the organizational dimension. Chapters three, five and six refer to the didactic and pedagogical dimensions, namely the organization of the teaching-learning process, participation in the school community and monitoring the class management. Last but not least,, chapter four refers to the scientific dimension. The pedagogical internship was a fundamental moment in my training, as it allowed me to deepen my knowledge about teaching, as well as all its particularities. It also allowed my integration in an organized work group with professional experience, where I acquired several learnings and developed personal and professional skills. For me the pedagogical internship was a moment in which I was constantly tested, where I had to overcome numerous challenges that I was faced with. It was these constant challenges that made me grow a little more as a teacher.
