O estágio é uma etapa muito importante e decisiva na formação de um futuro professor de Educação Física, tendo este um impacto relevante no modo como o docente irá responder/reagir aos desafios e exigências do processo ensino aprendizagem. Será, também, o momento de aplicar, na prática, todos os conteúdos teóricos adquiridos após o primeiro ano deste mestrado. No presente relatório, estará descrito todo o processo referente ao estágio pedagógico, desde o trabalho desenvolvido, aos desafios encontrados ao longo do ano letivo 2020-2021. A Escola Secundária de Mem Martins foi o palco e entidade que me acolheu como docente estagiário e que me permitiu evoluir, quer a nível académico, quer a nível pessoal. Terá sido uma das experiências mais enriquecedoras vividas até ao momento. Cedo percebi que a vida de um profissional do ensino seria muito mais do que, apenas, o seu envolvimento no processo ensino-aprendizagem, no estrito significado do termo, tendo em conta a multiplicidade das áreas a este associadas, nomeadamente, o plano afetivo, social e, sobretudo, motivacional, onde os princípios e valores éticos fazem a diferença na qualidade do processo para que o aluno possa alcançar o sucesso.
The internship is a very important and decisive period in the formation of the future Physical Education teacher, which has a relevant impact on the way teachers will respond/react to the challenges and demands of the teaching-learning process. It will also be the time to apply, in practice, all theoretical contents acquired after the first year of this master's degree. This report will describe the entire process related to the pedagogical internship, from the work developed to the challenges encountered throughout the school year 2020-2021. The Mem Martins Secondary School was the stage and the entity that welcomed me as an intern teacher and that allowed me to evolve, both academically and personally. It will have been one of the most enriching experiences lived so far. I soon realized that the teacher’s life would be much more than just his involvement in the teaching-learning process, in the strict meaning of the term, taking into account the multiplicity of areas associated with it, particularly, the affective, social and above all the motivational area, where ethical principles and values make the difference in the quality of the process so that the student can achieve the success.
