O presente relatório final de estágio, realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, tem como objetivo transparecer aquilo que foi a minha experiência como professor estagiário, na Escola Básica e Secundária Gama Barros (EBSGB), no ano letivo 2023/2024. Este ano de estágio é a última etapa na formação de um professor de Educação Física (EF) e tem uma importância muito grande para todos os professores estagiários, sendo, para a grande maioria, o primeiro contacto com a realidade do processo ensino aprendizagem. Para mim este ano apresentou-se como um dos anos em que mais aprendi, tanto pessoal quanto profissionalmente. Com esta experiência consegui perceber que ser professor é muito mais que “dar” aulas. Foi crucial ter uma diversidade de experiências durante este ano de Estágio Pedagógico, para que fosse possível desenvolver competências/skills que me permitam ser um melhor professor no futuro. Este ano letivo foi bastante enriquecedor e permitiu-me conhecer a dinâmica e realidade vivida num contexto escolar específico e perceber a importância de compreender e respeitar a individualidade de cada um dentro dessa mesma comunidade, de modo a realizar um bom trabalho a todos os níveis.
This final internship report, carried out within the scope of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, aims to convey what my experience was as a trainee teacher, at Escola Básica e Secundária Gama Barros, in the academic year 2023/ 2024. This internship year is the last stage in the training of a Physical Education teacher and is of great importance for all intern teachers as it is, for the vast majority, the first contact with the reality of the teaching-learning process and presented itself for me as one of the years in which I learned the most throughout my life personally and professionally. With this experience I was able to understand that being a teacher is much more than “giving” classes and it was very important that there was a diversity of experiences during this year of Pedagogical Internship, so that it was possible to develop skills that would allow me to be a better teacher in the future. Throughout the academic year, this document will be based on the four areas that guide the Pedagogical Internship and a reflection on all the work carried out during this period, difficulties experienced, and respective solutions adopted. This school year was quite enriching and allowed me to learn about the dynamics and reality experienced in a specific school context and to understand the importance of understanding and respecting the individuality of each person within that same community, to do a good job at all levels.
