O presente relatório de estágio tem como objetivo documentar e refletir sobre a minha experiência do Estágio Pedagógico, etapa final do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário. Desenvolvido sob supervisão pedagógica, o estágio representa a transição da formação teórica para a prática profissional, permitindo-nos imergir na realidade educativa e desenvolver competências essenciais à prática da docência. Ao longo do relatório descrevo e reflito sobre quatro áreas fundamentais do estágio, sendo estas a organização e gestão do ensino e aprendizagem subdividida em planeamento, condução e avaliação, mais as áreas de investigação e inovação pedagógica, participação na escola e relação com a comunidade. O relatório apresenta uma análise detalhada da experiência no Colégio Pedro Arrupe durante o ano letivo 2023/2024, refletindo sobre os principais desafios, aprendizagens e aspetos a melhorar para o futuro. Este documento permitiu-me refletir e sobre o que experienciei e entender quais as aprendizagens que desenvolvi, juntamente com as dificuldades a superar no futuro como docente.
The internship report aims to document and reflect on my experience during the Pedagogical Internship, the final stage of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education. Developed under pedagogical supervision, the internship represents the transition from theoretical training to professional practice, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the educational reality and develop essential teaching competencies. Throughout this report, I describe and reflect on four key areas of the internship: the organization and management of teaching and learning, subdivided into planning, instruction, and assessment, as well as the areas of pedagogical research and innovation, school participation, and community engagement. The report provides a detailed analysis of my experience at Colégio Pedro Arrupe during the 2023/2024 academic year, reflecting on the main challenges, lessons learned, and aspects to improve in the future. This document has enabled me to critically reflect on my experiences, understand the skills I have developed, and identify the difficulties I need to overcome in my future role as a teacher.
