O presente trabalho final de mestrado consiste num estudo de caso de um equipamento de apoio à Infância, sendo o seu objetivo avaliar e investigar o grau de satisfação dos clientes e a qualidade dos serviços prestados na Creche "AAA".
A importância da investigação deste tema prende-se com a crescente preocupação na valorização da qualidade dos serviços esperados e prestados pelo e ao cliente.
Para a análise dos dados recolhidos utilizou-se como método o modelo SERVQUAL, o qual foi adaptado do modelo original de forma a inserir-se no contexto em estudo, bem como para atingir os objetivos pretendidos. Com este método, pretende-se analisar as expetativas e as perceções do serviço prestado ao cliente.
A Creche "AAA", é um equipamento de apoio à infância enquadrada numa Instituição Particular de Solidariedade Social, que presta o seu serviço desde 2014, e cujo nome é ocultado por razões de confidencialidade.
The present master's thesis consists of a case study of a child support equipment, and its objective is to evaluate and investigate the degree of customer satisfaction and the quality of the services provided in the "AAA" daycare center. The importance of the investigation of this theme is related to the growing concern in valuing the quality of the services expected and provided by the customer. For the analysis of the collected data, the SERVQUAL model was used as a method, which was adapted from the original model so as to be inserted in the context under study, as well as to reach the intended objectives. With this method, we intend to analyze the expectations and perceptions of the service provided to the client. The "AAA" Day Care Center is a kindergarten support equipment set up in a Private Institution of Social Solidarity, which has been providing its service since 2014, and whose name is hidden for reasons of confidentiality.
