Abstract(s)
A intervenção urbana e arquitetónica do presente trabalho desenvolve-se a partir de uma quinta de recreio, que se encontra em abandono e em ruína. Neste sentido a Ruína é o tema de reflexão como potencial forma de intervir no território através da reabilitação do património construído, valorizando e preservando a memória do Lugar.
O Lugar de projeto serve como meio operativo de sustentar o tema. O lugar de intervenção é a Quinta do Monteiro Mor, na freguesia de Vialonga e no aglomerado de Granja. A componente prática incide-se nestas premissas como meio de sustentar e justificar o tema através do programa Escola Profissional Agrícola, como uma nova centralidade de Vialonga.
Existe uma salvaguarda do património construído através das pré-existências e as novas construções com a inserção de um pensamento contemporâneo para a atualidade. É pretendido atrair mais pessoas para um novo habitar do lugar, na medida de esta ter uma componente interativa com a população envolvente e assim revitalizando o espaço que agora se encontra completamente isolado dos principais aglomerados urbanos da região. A Escola Profissional Agrícola em Vialonga é uma nova oportunidade para toda a comunidade pois esta poderá participar numa produção sustentada e descoberta de novos produtos e ideias.
ABSTRACT: The urban and architectural intervention in this report, is developed from a recreational estate, that is now abandoned and in ruin. This ruin will be one our primary focus in order to rehabilitate the estate previously built, preserving and improving the value of the estate's previous memory. The project's location will serve as a means to sustain the theme. The place of the intervention is Quinta do Monteiro Mor, in the parish of Vialonga agglomerate of Granja. The practical component will focus on the following premises to sustain and justify the program of the School of Professional Agriculture, as a new attraction in Vialonga. There will be a special care for the estate's previously built primary features, as the new constructions will have as focus the insertion of a contemporary line of thinking for the present time. It will be allowed for more people to live in the estate, as a means to interact with the population surrounding the estate and in this way reviving the space that is now completely isolated from the main urban agglomerates of the region. The Professional Agriculture of Vialonga is a new opportunity for all in the community, because it will as one of it’s proposes the participation in a sustained production and the discovery of new products and ideas.
