O estágio pedagógico simboliza o final de uma aventura no mestrado do Ensino da Educação Física, caracterizado pela aprendizagem, exigência e o saber viver no mundo do ensino, este que é tão bonito e tão complexo. Neste documento pretendo transmitir a perspetiva da minha real função enquanto docente na Escola Pública, um papel que vai além da árdua tarefa de ensino. Ser professor é estar perante diferentes panoramas de intervenção no meio escolar, do qual destaco a sua envolvência no Desporto Escolar, não só pela transmissão de conhecimentos, como pela sua vertente social. No acompanhamento da Direção de Turma, realço a proximidade às famílias dos educandos, que nos tornam também responsáveis por guiar os alunos a se tornarem cidadãos de bem. A instituição escolar, onde estagiei, foi exemplar na definição dos seus valores, sendo um palco para a multiculturalidade, fruto da inclusividade existente. Em similaridade com o conceito de escola pública, estes princípios resultam na igualdade de direitos e oportunidades, independentemente do contexto socioeconómico. A escola pública é, no meu entendimento, um lugar de partilha, conhecimento, vivências e, sobretudo, um lugar para os alunos serem felizes.
The pedagogical internship symbolises the end of an adventure in the master's degree of Teaching of Physical Education, characterised by learning, challenges and knowing how to live in the world of teaching, which is so beautiful and so complex. In this document, I intend to transmit the perspective of my real function as a teacher in Public School, a role that goes beyond the arduous task of teaching. To be a teacher is to be faced with different panoramas of intervention in the school environment, of which I highlight, not only the transmission of knowledge, but also its social aspect. In accompanying the class management, I emphasize the proximity to the students' families, which also makes us responsible for guiding the students to become good citizens. The school institution where I did my traineeship was outstanding in the definition of its values, being a stage for multiculturalism, as a result of the existing inclusiveness. Similar to the concept of public school, these principles result in equal rights and opportunities, regardless of the socio-economic background. The public school is, in my understanding, a place for sharing, knowledge, experiences and, above all, a place for students to be happy.
