Neste relatório apresenta-se uma descrição e análise reflexiva do trabalho de
estágio realizado no âmbito do mestrado em Ciências da Educação, na especialização
em Avaliação em Educação na AMA. Como objeto específico de investigação,
apresenta-se um estudo sobre as Práticas de Modernização Administrativa: Relação
entre Formação e Avaliação. O principal objetivo deste estudo visou relacionar as
diferentes metodologias e práticas de formação técnica Balcões Multisserviços (BMS)
com o modelo de aprendizagem e com o instrumento de avaliação da satisfação.
Realizou-se uma investigação de natureza qualitativa do tipo interpretativo.
Através da aplicação de um questionário procurou-se averiguar o nível de satisfação dos
formandos e concluiu-se que os objetivos do curso “BMS: Pressupostos e
Procedimentos” foram globalmente atingidos. Os formandos consideram existir uma
boa organização do programa BMS, sendo a informação detalhada e bem estruturada e o
curso bastante útil para o desempenho das suas funções. Verificou-se contudo que a
formação necessita de “ter uma duração mais longa e que seja realizada com mais
antecedência”. Verificaram-se ainda carências a nível de material informático e do
funcionamento das aplicações.
This report presents a description and reflective analysis of a work experience project in the area of a Masters in Educational Sciences, specializing in the evaluation of education at the AMA institute. The specific object of the investigation, presented through a study about about the Administrative modernization practices, was The Relationship between Training and Evaluation. The main objective of this study aimed to relate the different methodologies and practices of the technical multisservice counter (BMS) training with the learning model and the evaluation of the satisfaction tool. For this purpose a qualitative of interpretative type was used. Through the application of questionnaire sought to ascertain the level of trainees satisfaction and we concluded that the objectives of the BMS course were globally met. The trainees considered the BMS program is well organized, the information is detailed and wellstructured and the course is clear and very useful for them to carry out their functions. However, the BMS training needs more time and to be given earlier. There were also shortcomings in the area of IT materials and the functioning of the applications.
