O presente relatório de estágio contempla uma descrição e uma reflexão do estágio que realizei no departamento de hóquei em patins do Sporting Clube de Portugal, com vista à obtenção do grau de mestre em gestão do desporto. Neste documento é feita uma explicação das principais tarefas que foram realizadas e de que forma pude contribuir para o bom funcionamento do departamento. Este relatório procura integrar uma descrição daquilo que foi o meu percurso na organização e as minhas principais tarefas ao longo do estágio e de que forma é que a minha presença beneficiou a organização. Em simultâneo o relatório também aborda vários conceitos, tais como hóquei em patins, gestão do desporto, associativismo desportivo, gestão recursos humanos e gestão de eventos de desporto, que estão relacionados com o trabalho do dia-a-dia na organização. O relatório também contém uma reflexão sobre as aprendizagens que efetuei durante os 4 meses de estágio académico. A realização deste proporcionou uma experiência ímpar no âmbito da gestão do desporto que contribuiu significativamente para a minha formação pessoal, abriu novos horizontes e serviu de preparação para desafios profissionais futuros.
This internship report includes a description and reflection of the internship I performed in the roller hockey department of Sporting Clube de Portugal, with a view to obtaining a master's degree in sports management. This document is made an explanation of the main tasks that were performed and how I was able to contribute to the proper functioning of the department. This report seeks to integrate a description of what my journey was in the organization and my main tasks throughout the stage and how my presence benefited the organization. At the same time the report also addresses several concepts, such as roller hockey, sports management, sports association, human resources management and sports event management, which are related to day-to-day work in the organization. The report also contains a reflection on the learning I made during the 4 months of academic internship. The realization of this provided a unique experience in the management of sport that contributed significantly to my personal training, opened new horizons and served as preparation for future professional challenges.
