O presente relatório analisa o processo de estágio pedagógico realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, desenvolvido na Escola Secundária de Pinhal Novo durante o ano letivo de 2023/2024. Este estágio foi conduzido em conformidade com o Guia de Estágio, que define os objetivos e competências a serem desenvolvidos pelo estagiário. O relatório apresenta uma visão ampla e fundamentada das práticas pedagógicas e da formação docente experienciadas ao longo deste percurso. Cada área de intervenção é descrita detalhadamente, com o propósito de oferecer ao leitor uma compreensão clara e estruturada do trabalho realizado ao longo do ano letivo. Procura-se evidenciar a relevância do conhecimento do contexto escolar, a importância do planeamento do ensino, a exploração de estratégias pedagógicas adequadas à preparação e condução das aulas, bem como o envolvimento do professor na dinâmica da escola. Este relatório sublinha, assim, a complexidade da função docente, que ultrapassa o ato de "dar aulas".
This report analyzes the pedagogical internship process carried out within the scope of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching for Basic and Secondary Education, developed at Pinhal Novo Secondary School during the 2023/2024 academic year. This internship was conducted in accordance with the Internship Guide, which outlines the objectives and competencies to be developed by the trainee. The report provides a comprehensive and well-founded perspective on the pedagogical practices and teacher training experienced throughout this journey. Each area of intervention is described in detail, aiming to offer the reader a clear and structured understanding of the work carried out during the school year. It highlights the relevance of understanding the school context, the importance of lesson planning, the exploration of appropriate pedagogical strategies for lesson preparation and delivery, and the teacher’s involvement in school dynamics. This report thus emphasizes the complexity of the teaching profession, which goes beyond merely "teaching lessons."
