O objetivo deste trabalho/projeto é a proposta de criação de um Manual de
Descrição de Funções para uma empresa na área Audiovisual e Multimédia através do
levantamento de todas as tarefas inerentes a cada função com o objetivo de criar uma
ferramenta documentada e formal para diversos processos de Gestão de Recursos
Humanos tais como: recrutamento e seleção, formação e desenvolvimento, avaliação de
desempenho, gestão de carreiras e sistemas de benefícios. Pretende-se com esta
ferramenta a melhoria dos vários processos de GRH tornando a empresa mais
competitiva e facilitar o seu crescimento continuo. Após o levantamento de todas as
funções existentes as mesmas foram redigidas e documentadas com o auxílio de
entrevistas realizadas a pelo menos um funcionário de cada função e seus
coordenadores, observação e revisão de literatura. Este projeto permitiu identificar todas
as funções existentes e a sua descrição resultando numa ferramenta de GRH –
Descritivo de Funções na Empresa Z.
The objective of this work is the development of a Functions Description Manual for a company in Audiovisual and Multimedia area through the survey of all tasks inherent to each function to create a documented and a formal tool for various processes of Human Resource Management such as recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, career management and benefits systems. The development and implementation of this tool is intended to improve the various HRM processes, making the company more competitive and facilitating its continuous growth. After surveying all the existing functions, they were written up and documented with the help of interviews with at least one employee of each function and their coordinators, observation and literature review. This project allowed the identification of all existing functions and their description resulting in a HRM tool - Job Description at Z Company.
