O presente trabalho final de mestrado apresenta um Plano de Negócios relativamente à realização de um projeto Jovem Agricultor numa aldeia do interior transmontano. A metodologia do trabalho é a de plano de negócios e, numa primeira parte, é analisada esta metodologia bem como algumas variações da mesma apresentadas por diversos autores. É também abordada brevemente a importância do Plano de Negócios no setor agrícola. O plano de negócios inicia a apresentação do projeto, a análise interna e externa, a produção prevista, investimentos e os rácios provisórios de desempenho.
Por fim, conclui-se da viabilidade do projeto de acordo, não só com a criação de mais valia financeira mas, também com a criação de mais valia para a economia local e para o ambiente.
This final master's work presents a Business Plan for the implementation of an agricultural project in a village in the interior of Trás-os-Montes, Portugal. The methodology of the work is that of a business plan and, in the first part, this methodology is analyzed as well as some variations of it presented by different authors. The importance of the Business Plan in the agricultural sector is also briefly discussed. The business plan begins with the project presentation, internal and external analysis, expected production, investments and provisional performance ratios. Finally, it is concluded that the project is viable, not only because of the creation of financial added value, but also thanks to the creation of added value for the local economy and the environment.
