retenção do talento.
regime híbrido (devido a todas as vantagens inerentes).
tempos.
Digital Transformation is increasingly impacting our daily lives. In addition to the effect that it has on the structure of the organizations, there are implicit consequences in the way people do their jobs. Moreover, the pandemic has been another factor that has contributed to greater instability in this regard. So, to keep up with all these changes, it is important that any organization makes a good investment in the training of its employees, a decision that will only bring benefits to it. This work consists of a case study of a firm, where it is intended to study the effect of Digital Transformation on it, investigate the main tools and technologies, understand the model of employee training and what was the impact of Covid-19. A qualitative analysis was carried out, where interviews were made to experts, which were later analysed using the MAXQDA software. This study showed that this firm has invested densely in innovation, improving work both internally (among employees) and externally (to clients). The great importance given to soft skills was also verified, although, in terms of training, the employees’ preference falls on hard skills. The creation of automations has also been part of the company's motto, and these help the evolution of employees and not to the destruction of their functions, as commonly thought. In terms of reskilling and upskilling, these are essential concepts, considering that, in addition to what is latent, they also allow the retention of talent. It was concluded that all these factors are conducive to the company’s success, and that due to the influence of the pandemic, the best working method will be the hybrid regime (due to all the inherent advantages). Thus, thanks to this case study, it was possible to understand how this firm position itself at these factors and what changes have been made recently.
