Este relatório procura relacionar as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio curricular com a literatura existente sobre a Gestão de Recursos Humanos.
Referem-se as atividades desempenhadas nas empresas Your Finance e Your People do Grupo Your, destacando-se o processo de recrutamento, seleção, socialização e gestão de remuneração, assumindo uma perspetiva construtiva, reflexiva e crítica.
Realça-se o papel da Gestão de Recursos Humanos, entendida como um fator estratégico das empresas para o desenvolvimento de mecanismos chave, na procura de um posicionamento competitivo.
O presente relatório está estruturado em quatro pontos. O primeiro aborda os temas em questão, através de uma revisão da literatura. De seguida, o segundo faz uma breve descrição do Grupo Your, apontando a missão, visão e valores, conceitos fundamentais para o seu desenvolvimento a nível financeiro, humano e social.
O terceiro ponto apresenta uma síntese das atividades realizadas ao longo do estágio. Por último, o quarto apresenta uma reflexão crítica de todo o trabalho desenvolvido, com base no enquadramento teórico, focando aspetos positivos e negativos experimentados no decurso do estágio.
This report attempts to link the activities developed along the curricular internship, with the existing literature on Human Resource Management. The reference are the activities carried out in the companies Your Finance and Your People, from Your Group. The highlights are the process of recruitment, selection, socialization and remuneration management, assuming a constructive, reflexive and critical perspective. An emphasis is given to the role of Human Resource Management, understood as a strategic factor for the development of key mechanisms in search of a competitive edge. This report is structured four sections. A first discusses the theoretical issues involved, through a review of the literature. The second section makes a brief description of Your Group, pointing out the mission, vision and values, fundamental concepts for financial, human and social development of the Group. The third section presents a summary of the activities carried out during the internship. Finally, the fourth section presents a critical reflection of the work carried out, on the basis of the theoretical framework, focusing on positive and negative aspects experienced during the internship.
