Resumo(s)
O projeto final de mestrado tem como objetivo primordial o desenvolvimento de
iniciativas de responsabilidade social empresarial (RSE) numa empresa do sector
tecnológico, mais concretamente a implementação de um plano estratégico de
responsabilidade social alinhado com os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável
(ODS) e, consequentemente, uma Gestão de Recursos Humanos – GRH sustentável e
responsável.
Uma vez que o projeto de investigação escolhido tem como estudo de caso uma
empresa do sector tecnológico, que possui objetivos estratégicos bastante
diferenciadores face ao mercado de atuação, os resultados desta investigação podem
não ser generalizados. Por conseguinte, os investigadores são desafiados a delinear
novas propostas de planos estratégicos de responsabilidade social.
Ainda no que concerne aos resultados, este projeto contribui para o
desenvolvimento de políticas e práticas que influenciam o comportamento, as
atitudes, o desempenho e a satisfação de todos os stakeholders, no sentido de criar
valor e, consequentemente, aumentar a vantagem competitiva sustentável da
organização.
The goal of this project is the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives in a technology company (Team.it), more specifically the implementation of a Strategic Plan for Social Responsibility in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and, consequently, a sustainable and responsible Human Resources Management (HRM). Given that Team.it has strategic goals slightly different from others in the same sector, the results of this project may not be generalized. For that reason, other researchers are challenged to develop new Social Responsibility Strategic Plans that better fit the industry as a whole. In practice, this project contributes to the development of policies that influence the behavior, performance, and satisfaction of all stakeholders, ultimately creating value and, consequently, increasing the organization's sustainable competitive advantage.
