O presente relatório de estágio foi ralizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Futebol da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana da Universidade de Lisboa. Este relatório visa reportar as experiências vivenciadas enquanto treinador-analista em contexto de estágio realizado no Departamento de Análise da Performance (DAP) do Sport Lisboa e Benfica com integração na equipa de Sub-17, no decorrer de uma época desportiva. No presente documento inserem-se duas áreas fundamentais, a “Área I “Organização e Gestão do Processo de Treino e Competição“ e “Área II – Projeto/Estudo de Investigação”. Na Área I são descritas as funções e tarefas desenvolvidas em contexto de estágio, assim como é caracterizado o contexto de equipa e as suas rotinas de trabalho. Seguidamente foram explanadas as práticas desenvolvidas ao nível do DAP. A Área II divide-se em duas partes, a ação de extensão comunitária que consistiu na organização de um evento de partilha de conhecimento relacionado com as diferentes áreas de intervenção no futebol, e o estudo de investigação referente à “Análise de Golos Marcados pela Equipa de Sub-17 do Sport Lisboa e Benfica na Época 2023-2024”. A conceção do relatório é resultado da aquisição de conhecimento e reflexão constante acerca das experiências vivenciadas na área da observação e análise num contexto de elite de futebol de formação
The present internship report was carried out within the scope of the Master's in Football at the Faculty of Human Kinetics of the University of Lisbon. This report aims to document the experiences gained as a coach-analyst during an internship at the Performance Analysis Department (DAP) of Sport Lisboa e Benfica, integrated into the Under-17 team, throughout a sports season. This document includes two fundamental areas: “Area I – Organization and Management of the Training and Competition Process” and “Area II – Project/Research Study”. In Area I, the functions and tasks performed during the internship are described, along with the characterization of the team’s environment and work routines. Following this, the practices developed within the DAP are outlined. Area II is divided into two parts: the community project, which involved organizing a knowledge-sharing event related to different areas of intervention in football, and the research study titled “Analysis of Goals Scored by the Under-17 Team of Sport Lisboa e Benfica in the 2023-2024 Season”. The conception of this report is the result of knowledge acquisition and continuous reflection on the experiences gained in the field of observation and analysis within an elite youth football context
