O presente trabalho de investigação de caráter teórico-prático, tem por base a abordagem teórica de conceitos e autores relacionados com o empreendedorismo, o empreendedor, o enquadramento dos planos de negócios, o sucesso da sua aplicabilidade e o impacto no mundo online, enquanto ferramenta de criação e sucesso do desenvolver das marcas.
Uma vez estruturada a revisão de literatura, concretiza-se na prática, um plano de negócio sustentável para a marca de roupa TEMA. Analisam-se os fatores que envolvem o negócio, tais como os produtos que vai criar, o valor acrescentado que a marca irá ter para o mercado, as operações e características que irá necessitar para efetivar as vendas e os valores financeiros que poderá gerar. Todas as decisões tomadas no plano, suportadas teoricamente, compõem a efetivação da marca no mercado, tornando-a mais segura no caminho a seguir, rumo ao sucesso.
The current study, with a theoretical and practical approach, is based on a theoretical framework of authors and concepts related to Entrepreneurship; the entrepreneur; the framework of the Business Plan; the success of its applicability and the impact of the online world; as a tool that creates and successfully develops brands. After the literature review, the concretization of the business plan for the brand TEMA, was designed. Every data that concerned the business was analyzed, including the products it will create, the added value to the market; the operations and features that the brand will need to be able to accomplish sales, and the financial figures that may be generated. All the decisions made in the plan, that are supported theoretically, make up the effectiveness of the brand in the market , making it the safest way forward to success.
