After the activities were carried out, the entities were asked to respond to a questionnaire, in order to see if factors such as the organization of activities, schedules and activities themselves were well achieved. On the other hand, it was also intended that the entities should indicate which aspects they considered to be the most positive and which were the least positive of the activities and which indicated suggestions for future activities. The analysis of the responses to the questionnaire is a way of perceiving what went well and should be maintained and what could have gone better and should be improved, in the sense that in future activities it will meet the interest and satisfaction of the participants. • The planning and organization of two events that consisted of two punctual activities for Dance and Combat Sports practitioners enrolled in the program. Development of a model of social impact assessment of the program that was tested in a small sample, since the coordination of the Program Mood with Me identified the need to create a model of evaluation of the social impact of the program that would allow the collection of qualitative information in order to understand if the Program is fulfilling its purpose. This study showed that in addition to guaranteeing children and young people free access to sport, it also contributes to the social inclusion of the youth and youth population of the Lisbon municipality, in the sense that it has effects in terms of capacities social, emotional and cognitive, individual behaviors and achievements and minimizes the effects of social exclusion, training and qualifying young people in sports as well as areas of interest for young people.
