O aparecimento de novas tecnologias de micro-geração de energia, a disponibilidade
de uma rede de gás natural, a desregulamentação do mercado da energia e os
compromissos ambientais, podem criar condições para o desenvolvimento de um
novo mercado na área da produção e distribuição de energia eléctrica.
Esta dissertação procura determinar quais as condições que existem actualmente, e
quais as medidas a tomar para tornar possível o florescimento desse mercado
potencial.
Neste trabalho, a micro-geração é entendida como sendo um processo de cogeração
com potências eléctricas instaladas até 150 kW onde as transacções de energia com
a rede eléctrica são efectuadas em baixa tensão. É efectuada uma análise de
viabilidade deste mercado a partir da apresentação de soluções técnicas, que são
estudadas considerando os factores determinantes para a rendibilidade de
investimentos nesta área.
The appearance of new power micro-generation technologies, the availability of a natural gas net, the energy market deregulation and the environmental commitments, can create conditions for the development of a new market in the area of the production and distribution of electric power. This essay aims to study which are the conditions that exist currently, and which are the measures to be taken to become possible the bloom of this potential market. In this work, micro-generation is understood as being a process of cogeneration with installed electric powers up to 150 kW where the transactions of power with the electric power net are made at the low voltage levei. An analysis of viability of this market is performed from the presentation of technical solutions, which are studied considering the determinative factors for the profitability of investments in this area.
