O presente trabalho tem como objectivo principal descrever e reflectir sobre os cinco meses de estágio curricular na Concentra - Produtos para Crianças, S.A.. A elaboração deste trabalho final é feito no âmbito do mestrado em gestão de recursos humanos com o intento de obter o grau de mestre. Numa primeira fase realizou-se a caracterização da organização em estudo, de forma a conhecermos a realidade e a cultura organizacional em que nos encontramos. Num segundo momento, descreveram-se as várias actividades desenvolvidas, designadamente sobre os temas inseridos no plano de estágio: recrutamento e selecção, formação e desenvolvimento e categorias profissionais. Para além da descrição foi feita uma análise reflexiva sobre todas a práticas desenvolvidas. Por fim, concluímos que este estágio superou largamente as nossas expectativas, pois permitiu uma aplicação directa e eficaz dos conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo desta fase do percurso académico à realidade da empresa em estudo, contribuindo também para a melhoria do seu desempenho na gestão de recursos humanos.
The main purpose of this study is to illustrate and reflect over the five months of internship developed at Concentra - Produtos para Crianças, S.A.. This study was elaborated and inserted within the masters' degree in human resource management with the intention to obtain a masters' degree. Initially, a characterization of the organization was carried out in order to understand its reality and culture. Secondly, the activities developed throughout the internship, accordingly to its plan, were described, specifically: recruitment and selection, training and development and professional categories. In addition, a reflective analysis was made on all practices developed. In conclusion, this internship exceeded by far our expectations since it allowed a direct and effective application of the knowledge acquired during this phase of the academic journey. Furthermore, the development of these activities throughout the internship also contributed to the improvement of the overall human resource management in the organization.
