A relação entre lean manufacturing e indústria 4.0 : uma revisão sistemática da literatura

| dc.description.abstract | Esta dissertação teve por objetivo revisar e sintetizar a literatura sobre a relação entre Lean Manufacturing e Indústria 4.0. Mais especificamente, se pretendeu demonstrar quais desenvolvimentos nos últimos 10 anos no tocante às ferramentas e técnicas Lean Manufacturing diretamente relacionadas às aplicações tecnológicas da era da 4ª revolução industrial. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura, através do estudo de 22 artigos publicados em fontes relevantes entre 2009 e 2019 que abordam Lean Manufacturing no contexto da Indústria 4.0. A partir da análise de dados foi possível constatar que as abordagens Lean mais comuns, relacionadas à Indústria 4.0, são Lean Manufacturing e Lean Production, cada uma com 7 materiais que as abordam. Além disso, foi possível descobrir que as principais ferramentas e técnicas Lean correlacionadas diretamente com a Indústria 4.0, em termos de quantidade de citações diretas cruzadas foram: Kanban (9), Heijunka (9), Trabalho Padronizado (8), Kaizen (8), Just-In-Time (8) e Jidoka (6) e que as tecnologias predominantemente correlacionadas à Lean foram: Integração Horizontal (12), Analytics (9), Integração Vertical (8), Big Data (7), Realidade Aumentada (7), Sensores e Atuadores (6), Cloud Computing (6), Realidade Virtual (6). Enfim, por meio de todo o estudo realizado foi possível confirmar que Lean Manufacturing tem relação com a Indústria 4.0, pois seus componentes podem ser associados, mas tal relação tem sido objeto de pesquisa recente e carece de maior investigação. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This dissertation aimed to review and synthesize the literature on the relationship between Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0. More specifically, it was intended to demonstrate what developments in the last 10 years regarding Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques directly related to the technological applications of the 4th industrial revolution era. To this end, a systematic review of the literature was conducted through the study of 22 articles published in relevant sources between 2009 and 2019 that address Lean Manufacturing in the context of Industry 4.0. From the data analysis it was possible to see that the most common Lean approaches related to Industry 4.0 are Lean Manufacturing and Lean Production, each with 7 materials that address them. In addition, it was possible to discover that the main Lean tools and techniques correlate directly with Industry 4. 0, in terms of number of direct cross-quotes were: Kanban (9), Heijunka (9), Standardized Work (8), Kaizen (8), Just-In-Time (8) and Jidoka (6) and that the technologies predominantly correlated to Lean were: Horizontal Integration (12), Analytics (9), Vertical Integration (8), Big Data (7), Augmented Reality (7), Sensors and Actuators (6), Cloud Computing (6), Virtual Reality (6). Finally, through the whole study it was possible to confirm that Lean Manufacturing has a relationship with Industry 4.0, because its components can be associated, but such relationship has been the object of recent research and needs further investigation. | pt_PT |
