A liderança responsável é um conceito recente sendo distinto dos demais estilos tradicionais, visto que tem como principal foco a importância e necessidades das diversas partes interessadas, dando resposta aos desafios sociais, éticos e ambientais oriundos de uma sociedade cada vez mais conectada. Contudo, existe ainda uma necessidade de aprofundar este conceito, uma vez que as pesquisas já efetuadas apresentam lacunas. Assim sendo, o principal objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar a relação entre a Liderança Responsável com a Identificação Organizacional, o Compromisso Organizacional e o Envolvimento nos colaboradores de organizações do terceiro setor, dada a importância que estas têm na economia de um país. Para tal, recorreu-se ao coeficiente de correlação de Pearson e testes de mediação e moderação de Hayes. Desta forma, por um lado, foi possível confirmar existir uma relação positiva entre a Liderança Responsável com a Identificação Organizacional, com o Compromisso Organizacional e com o Envolvimento, assim como existir uma relação positiva entre a Identificação Organizacional com o Compromisso Organizacional e Envolvimento. Por outro lado, foi possível comprovar que a relação entre Liderança Responsável com o Compromisso Organizacional e Envolvimento é parcialmente mediada pela Identificação Organizacional. Contudo, a Identificação Organizacional é não moderadora na relação entre Liderança Responsável com o Compromisso Organizacional e Envolvimento.
Responsible leadership is a recent concept that is distinct from other traditional styles, focusing on the importance and needs of diverse stakeholders, addressing the social, ethical and environmental challenges of an increasingly connected society. However, there is still a need to deepen this concept, since the research already done has gaps. Thus, the main objective of this study was to study the relationship between Responsible Leadership and Organizational Identification, Organizational Commitment and Engagement in the employees of third sector organizations, given the importance they have in the economy of a country. To be possible, were used Pearson's correlation coefficient and mediation and moderation tests of Hayes. In this way, on the one hand, it was possible to confirm a positive relationship between Responsible Leadership and Organizational Identification, Organizational Commitment and Engagement, as well as a positive relationship between Organizational Identification and Organizational Commitment and Engagement. On the other hand, it was possible to prove that the relationship between Responsible Leadership and Organizational Commitment and Engagement is partially mediated by Organizational Identification. However, Organizational Identification is not a moderator in the relationship between Responsible Leadership and Organizational Commitment and Engagement.
