Estágio profissional na Unidade de Regulação e Compliance da Direção de Sistemas de Informação na Caixa Geral de Depósitos

Resumo(s)
O presente trabalho pretende relatar de forma detalhada todas as atividades que
decorreram durante o meu período de estágio na Caixa Geral de Depósitos, mais
especificamente na Direção de Sistemas de Informação.
Entrei para o estágio através do programa “Geração Caixa”. Este é um programa que
consiste no recrutamento de jovens estagiários para as várias direções da CGD. O estágio
teve início a 30 de dezembro de 2020.
A equipa em que fiquei integrado dentro da DSI foi a Unidade de Regulação e
Compliance. Esta unidade tem como foco da sua atividade, a resolução de deficiências
nas tecnologias de informação. Muito do trabalho que tive de fazer e acompanhar
resultava da necessidade de controlar e organizar todas as deficiências e/ou pedidos
que resultavam das auditorias feitas.
As diversas atividades realizadas durante o estágio variaram entre tarefas diárias ou
mensais, assim como eventual trabalho que pudesse surgir esporadicamente. Isto
porque muito do nosso trabalho esteve diretamente dependente das auditorias que vão
sendo feitas à empresa, assim como as necessidades dos projetos que pudessem estar
a decorrer.
Devido às restrições a que todos estivemos sujeitos devido à pandemia, infelizmente o
estágio acabou por ser todo feito a partir de trabalho remoto. Se não tivesse sido este o
caso, o estágio teria decorrido na sede da CGD em Lisboa.
The present study wishes to relate in a detailed way, all the activities that I was a part of during my time as a trainee in Caixa Geral de Depósitos, more specifically in the Direção de Sistemas de Informação. I found the opportunity for this internship through the program “Geração Caixa”. This is a program that consists in the recruitment of young trainees and to place them working under various directions in the CGD. The internship started on December 30th of 2020. The team that I became a part of in the DSI, wasthe Unit of Regulation and Compliance. This unit has as main goal of its activity the resolutions of issues related to the IT. Much of the work that I had to take care of resulted of the need to control and organize all the issues and requests that resulted of the audits that were done. The various activities done during the internship would vary between daily tasks or monthly, as well as the eventual job that could emerge sporadically. This could happen since our job is dependent of the audits that are done to the bank, as well as of the needs that could emerge from ongoing projects. Due to the restrictions that we were all subject because of the pandemic, unfortunately the internship ended up being done remotely. Had this not been the case, the internship would have happened at the head office of the CGD in Lisbon.
