O Estágio Profissional é a etapa que completa o Mestrado de Ensino em Educação Física nos Ensinos Básicos e Secundário, da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana da Universidade de Lisboa. O presente relatório relata todo o meu progresso durante o ano de estágio e o caminho que percorri até ao dia de hoje, passando pelas quatro etapas do Guia de Estágio, bem como uma reflexão crítica sobre todos esses momentos. Este ano de estágio foi essencial para o meu crescimento como professor e com isto, complementei todos os anos de formação que tive anteriormente. Durante o ano letivo, desenvolvi capacidades fundamentais para a minha evolução como professor, como capacidades sociais, onde vivenciei experiências que me marcaram para o resto da minha vida profissional sempre com o objetivo de otimizar as aprendizagens dos alunos. Este ano, aprendi novas formas de trabalhar, implementei estratégias e estilos de ensino para ajudar a formar e educar jovens alunos. A avaliação tem um papel indispensável neste relatório na qual realizou-se um estudo com o objetivo de abordar a questão “que perceção têm os professores sobre as suas práticas de avaliação formativa?”. A educação física apresenta um papel essencial no crescimento dos alunos e também no meu desenvolvimento com professor, na qual existem temas muito importantes na qual refleti para melhorar as aulas da disciplina. As diferenças entre ser aluno e professor existem, devido ao facto de ter experienciado ser aluno durante um longo período da minha vida e agora decidir seguir este rumo para o resto da mesma. A conclusão é um processo em aberto, devido ao facto de esta ser um processo contínuo que irá me acompanhar para sempre enquanto professor.
The Professional Internship is the final stage that completes the Master's in Physical Education Teaching for Basic and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Human Mobility, University of Lisbon. This report details my progress during the internship year and the path I have taken up to today, covering the four stages outlined in the Internship Guide, along with a critical reflection on all these moments. This internship year was essential for my growth as a teacher, building upon all the previos years of training. Throughout the academic year, I developed fundamental skills for my evolution as an educator, including social skills, through experiences that have left a lasting mark on my professional life, always with the aim of optimizing student learning. This year, I learned new ways of working, implemented strategies, and teaching styles to help educate and shape young students. Assessment plays an indispensable role in this report, with a study conducted to address the question, “What are teachers' perceptions of their formative assessment practices?” Physical education plays a crucial role in the students' growth and in my development as a teacher, where I reflected on important themes to enhance my classes. There are significant differences between being a student and a teacher; having experienced life as a student for a long period of my life, I now have chosen to pursue this path for the rest of my journey. The conclusion is an open process, as teaching is a continuous process that will accompany me forever as a teacher.
