O presente documento narra a minha jornada ao longo do ano do estágio pedagógico, realizado na Escola Secundária de Caneças no âmbito do mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, pela Faculdade de Motricidade Humana. É composto por cinco capítulos que funcionam como os capítulos de um livro, onde cada um é dedicado a explorar uma das áreas do estágio. Existe uma personagem principal — eu, como professor estagiário — que, ao longo do documento procura ser descritivo, reflexivo, fundamentado e projetivo sobre os desafios enfrentados, os obstáculos superados e as aprendizagens adquiridas. Durante o estágio pedagógico, foi possível lecionar a uma turma do 10.º ano e participar ativamente em diferentes projetos e liderar atividades diferenciadas, como o Plogging, a competição no desporto escolar “Castanheiros Challenge” e a implementação de um projeto para integração de alunos na minha turma. Este período proporcionou vivências práticas essenciais, desde o planeamento e execução de aulas de Educação Física até à dinamização de eventos escolares. A diversidade cultural e social dos alunos exigiu estratégias pedagógicas inclusivas, promovendo o desenvolvimento da literacia física e a adaptação de metodologias. Os desafios enfrentados, contribuíram para o desenvolvimento de competências pedagógicas e interpessoais fundamentais para a futura prática docente.
This document describes my journey throughout the year of the teaching internship conducted at Caneças Secondary School, as part of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Human Motricity of the University of Lisbon. It is composed of five chapters, resembling the chapters of a book, with each one dedicated to exploring a specific area of the internship. There is a main character—me, as a trainee teacher—who throughout the document aims to be descriptive, reflective, well-grounded, and forward-looking about the challenges faced, obstacles overcome, and lessons learned. During the teaching internship, I had the opportunity to teach a 10th-grade class, actively participate in various projects, and lead distinctive activities such as Plogging, the school sports competition "Castanheiros Challenge," and the implementation of a project aimed at integrating new students into my class. This period provided essential practical experiences, from planning and delivering Physical Education lessons to organizing school events. The cultural and social diversity of the students required inclusive pedagogical strategies, fostering the development of physical literacy and the adaptation of methodologies. The challenges encountered contributed to the development of key pedagogical and interpersonal skills essential for my future teaching practice
