Resumo(s)
O presente relatório surge no âmbito do Trabalho Final de Mestrado de Gestão de Recursos Humanos e, é resultante do estágio curricular realizado na Altran Portugal. O estágio tornou-se fulcral não só para desenvolver competências práticas, mas também para aplicar conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos no decorrer do mestrado.
Primeiramente é exposto o enquadramento teórico relativo ao tema da formação e suas componentes. De seguida é elaborada a contextualização da Altran Portugal, focando temas acerca da missão, valores e estrutura organizacional. Posto isto, é introduzida uma descrição acerca das tarefas desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio.
Por fim, os conceitos teóricos são articulados com as funções desempenhadas com base na análise crítica e na análise global acerca do estágio.
The present thesis occurs within the scope of the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management as the result of a curriculum internship at Altran Portugal. The internship aimed not only at the development of practical skills but to apply as well theoretical knowledge acquired during the Masters course. Firstly, the theoretical framework on the subject of Training and its components is presented. Afterwards, Altran Portugal contextualization is elaborated, focusing on themes regarding mission, values and organizational structure. That said, a description of the tasks developed throughout the internship in introduced. Finally, theoretical concepts are articulated with the functions that were performed, based on the critical and global analysis of the internship.
