Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio surge no âmbito do estágio curricular do 2º ano de
Mestrado em Gestão do Desporto da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana da
Universidade de Lisboa, realizado entre os meses de fevereiro e junho, com o
objetivo de colocar em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do curso e
dos diversos conteúdos das disciplinas que nele continham. Nesse estágio foram
fundamentalmente exercidas funções de gestão no Centro Mini Futebol, que por
sua vez orienta vários clubes de futebol nos escalões de formação. A combinação
e articulação de um conjunto de tarefas operacionais e de tarefas estratégicas
torna-se fundamental para que o bom funcionamento de uma organização desta
natureza possa ser garantido. Outro dos aspetos fundamentais é ter a perceção
exata do funcionamento da organização. Dessa forma, foi elaborada uma análise
da qualidade do serviço e da satisfação dos principais stakeholders envolvidos com
a organização. Este estudo foi feito através da aplicação de um questionário aos
dois principais stakeholders dos quatro clubes onde foi realizado todo o trabalho de
estágio, bem como a análise dos resultados e a consequente discussão dos
mesmos. Os resultados obtidos permitiram, de forma exploratória, perceber
estratégias que auxiliam no melhoramento da qualidade do serviço dos clubes
desportivos.
This internship report comes within the scope of the curricular internship of the 2nd year of Master in Sport Management at the Faculty of Human Kinetics at the University of Lisbon, carried out between the months of February and June, with the objective of putting into practice the knowledge acquired during the throughout the course and the diverse contents of the subjects it contained. At this internship, management functions were fundamentally exercised at the Centro Mini Futebol, which in turn guides various football clubs in the formation levels. The combination and articulation of a set of operational tasks and strategic tasks becomes essential so that the smooth functioning of an organization of this nature can be guaranteed. Another of the fundamental aspects is to have an accurate perception of how the organization works. Thus, an analysis of the quality of service and satisfaction of the main stakeholders involved with the organization was prepared. This study was done through the application of a questionnaire to the two main stakeholders of the four clubs where all the internship work was carried out, as well as the analysis of the results and the consequent discussion of them. The obtained results allowed to perceive strategies to improve the service quality of sports clubs.
