O presente relatório reflete o meu percurso no decorrer do estágio pedagógico efetuado em 2022/2023 na Escola Secundária da Amadora. Este enquadra-se no Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário e teve a orientação dos Professores Francisco Pestana e Vítor Ferreira. Nele pretendeu-se expor, de forma lógica e encadeada, as experiências vividas e decisões tomadas, fundamentando-as na literatura. Sobre todas elas se apresentam merecidas reflexões, uma vez que é através destas que se aperfeiçoam as práticas. Ao longo de uma breve contextualização é possível entender o meu passado relevante para esta tarefa e toda a realidade escolar onde o estágio sucedeu, nomeadamente a escola, todos os seus recursos, o núcleo de estágio onde me inseri, o grupo de professores de Educação Física com que trabalhei e a turma que me foi atribuída. Segue-se-lhe uma análise do meu desempenho nas diferentes áreas de intervenção, com destaque na organização e gestão do ensino, onde se inclui o planeamento, a avaliação e a condução, assim como a minha participação no Desporto Escolar, na Direção de Turma e na vida da escola. No decurso do trabalho são apresentadas as dificuldades sentidas, as estratégias de superação utilizadas e as competências adquiridas que contribuíram para o meu crescimento pessoal e profissional e consequentemente para a construção da minha identidade profissional.
This report reflects my journey during the pedagogical internship carried out in 2022/2023 at Escola Secundária da Amadora. This is part of the master’s degree in teaching physical education in basic and secondary education and was guided by Professors Francisco Pestana and Vítor Ferreira. The aim is to present the experiences and decisions made in a logical and linked way, based on the literature. Reflections on all of them are deserved, since it is through these that practices are improved. Throughout a brief contextualization it is possible to understand my past relevant to this task and the whole school reality where the internship took place, namely the school, all its resources, the internship nucleus where I was inserted, the group of physical education teachers with whom I worked and the class that was assigned to me. This is followed by an analysis of my performance in the different areas of intervention, with emphasis on the organization and management of teaching, which includes planning, evaluation and leadership, as well as my participation in School Sports, Class Management and school life. In the course of the work, the difficulties experienced, the coping strategies used and the skills acquired that contributed to my personal and professional growth and consequently to the construction of my professional identity are presented.
