Este Relatório tem presente a atividade desenvolvida durante o Estágio realizado na equipa de Juvenis A (Sub-17) do Casa Pia Atlético Clube (CPAC). Este estágio decorreu entre agosto de 2023 e junho de 2024, tendo desempenhado funções de treinador estagiário e analista da equipa. Este documento está organizado em sete capítulos, iniciando com uma breve introdução e contextualização dos objetivos gerais e individuais bem como um enquadramento da estrutura do relatório. De seguida, é apresentada uma revisão de literatura acerca de temas como o futebol enquanto jogo coletivo e complexo, a análise da performance e o papel do analista numa equipa técnica e o uso da tecnologia no futebol que suportam o trabalho e que abrangem o contexto competitivo. Depois é apresentado um enquadramento do contexto onde foi realizada a prática profissional e descrito toda a organização e gestão do processo de treino e de competição. No quinto capítulo está descrito uma proposta de projeto, a ser desenvolvido para melhoraria do desenvolvimento individual dos jogadores. No penúltimo capítulo está descrito o projeto comunitário “CPAC PlayDay”, No último capítulo é apresentado uma reflexão sobre o processo de estágio na sua generalidade, e de como este contribuiu na minha vida, bem como as perspetivas futuras.
This report covers the activities carried out during my internship with the Casa Pia Atlético Clube (CPAC) Under-17 team. This internship took place between August 2023 and June 2024, with me acting as trainee coach and team analyst. This document is organised into seven chapters, starting with a brief introduction and contextualisation of the general and individual objectives, as well as a framework for the structure of the report. Next, a literature review is presented on topics such as football as a collective and complex game, performance analysis and the role of the analyst in a technical team and the use of technology in football, which support the work and cover the competitive context. This is followed by an overview of the context in which the professional practice was carried out and a description of the organisation and management of the training and competition process. The fifth chapter describes a proposal for a project to improve the individual development of the players. The penultimate chapter describes the ‘CPAC PlayDay’ community project, The final chapter reflects on the internship process as a whole and how it has contributed to my life, as well as future prospects
