Abstract(s)
A inserção profissional dos grupos socialmente desfavorecidos é um dos principais desafios que se põe aos modernos Estados-Providência. Em Portugal, o RGM marca uma nova forma de abordar esta questão, com o Estado e a Sociedade a assumirem responsabilidade de desenvolver uma intervenção mais sistematizada no sentido de criar oportunidades de inserção profissional para os beneficiarios da medida. O objectivo desta dissertação é a criação de um modelo analítico e metodológico que permita analisar os processos de inserção dos beneficiários do RMG, com especial incidência sobre a concepção de inserção profissional privilegiada pelos actores institucionais. Para isso realizou-se um estudo de caso na CLA Lisboa Renovada.
The professional insertion of socially excluded groups is one of the most important chalenges modern welfare-states must face. In Portugal, the RMG marks a whole new aproach to this question in such a way that State and Society assume the reponsability to develop a more compreensive intervention by creating opportunities of professional insertion for the beneficiaries of the program. The objective of this dissertation is the creation of an analytic and methodological model that might allow us to analyze the professional insertion processes of RMG beneficiarie's, giving special atention to the professional inserton conception priveliged by the institutional actors. In orther to achive this objective we developed a case-study in CLA Lisboa Renovada.
