O segundo ano do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básicos e Secundário, na Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, inclui um Estágio Pedagógico, do qual este relatório faz parte. O estágio pedagógico é uma parte fulcral para quem ambiciona ser docente. O “Guia de estágio” é o documento que contém toda a estruturação do estágio, e que divide este processo em quatro grandes áreas de intervenção. Área 1 – Organização e Gestão do Ensino e da Aprendizagem; Área 2 – Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica; Área 3 – Participação na escola; Área 4 – Relação com a comunidade. O objetivo deste relatório é fazer uma análise crítica sobre o processo decorrido durante o meu estágio pedagógico, mencionando: o que foi realizado, as facilidades, dificuldades e as estratégias usadas. Realizei o estágio na Escola Básica e Secundária Frei Gonçalo de Azevedo, tendo ficado responsável por lecionar, planear e avaliar as aulas de Educação Física de uma turma de oitavo ano. Acompanhei o trabalho da diretora de turma e da responsável pelo núcleo de desporto escolar de natação. E ainda participei, planeei e realizei atividades e um estudo de investigação com a comunidade escolar. Este processo colocou me perante a realidade do que é ser docente, do impacto e da importância que esta profissão tem não só nos alunos, outros docentes ou funcionários da escola, mas em toda a sociedade.
The second year of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, at the Faculty of Human Kinetics, includes a Pedagogical Internship, of which this report is part. The pedagogical internship is a key part for those who aspire to be teachers. The "Internship Guide" is the document that contains the entire structuring of the internship, and which divides this process into four major areas of intervention. Area 1 – Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning; Area 2 – Research and Pedagogical Innovation; Area 3 – Participation in school; Area 4 – Relationship with the community. The objective of this report is to make a critical analysis of the process that took place during my pedagogical internship, mentioning: what was accomplished, the facilities, difficulties and the strategies used. I did the internship at the Frei Gonçalo de Azevedo Basic and Secondary School, having been responsible for teaching, planning and evaluating the Physical Education classes of an eighth-grade class. I followed the work of the class director and the person responsible for the school swimming sports center. And I also participated, planned and carried out activities and a research study with the school community. This process has brought me face to face with the reality of what it is to be a teacher, the impact and importance that this profession has not only on students, other teachers or school staff, but on society as a whole.
